Healthy Heart Day is a day-long event designed to help educate and support individuals concerned about heart disease in Thunder Bay. The day-long event, at the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre on River Street, will provide the registered participants with educational presentations and heart healthy programming to assist them in adopting healthier lifestyles in an effort to reduce heart disease in Northwestern Ontario. The initiative is a partnership between Northern Hearts, and the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre. There are no fees to attend but registration is required.
