What’s Good for the Body is Good for the Heart
The summer began with Walk with Doc during the month of June, and continues with Hearts in the Park at Waverley Park, Mondays through Thursdays from August 16 to 26, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Yoga will be offered from August 16 to 19. People will learn the Hollow Reed sequence which is good for one’s circulation. Tai Chi will be held from August 23 to 26. People will learn the Whole Body Tai Chi Qigong with Acupressure and Chen Style Moves.
Hearts in the Park is free programming for anyone interested in contributing to better health. All ages and experience are welcome.
